In 2018, we restarted sales on this website, and plan to mainly sell accessories of the Ecigs, focusing on vape silicone protective sleeves, and other products. They have the characteristics of preferential prices, stable quality, and comprehensive accessories. At the same time, we also opened a YouTube channel and a facebook page to promote it. Slowly, we have accumulated more and more high-quality customers, and at the same time, more and more suppliers have cooperated with us to provide better products and better prices. In the future, I hope we can advance by leaps and bounds to the next level!
2. About payment method
The current payment method is very convenient. When placing an order, we hope that each customer who places an order can provide their own complete and correct address information (including phone number), which is convenient for us to generate tracking information and process the order in a timely manner.
3. About delivery time
For products such as box mod silicone sleeves sold on the website, we can basically ship the order within 24 to 36 hours. For products that are out of stock, it may take a week to process.
For some out-of-stock products and products that do not continue to replenish inventory in the future, we will take the initiative to process refunds within 15 days.
After we fill in the tracking information, the system will automatically send an email, which will contain the customer's order information and tracking number.
4. Regarding the time limit of transportation
Most of our orders use dedicated air packets. Usually after receiving the tracking number, most orders will receive the package within 15 days, some orders will be received in a shorter time, and a small number of remote areas will take longer time.
